Your Favorite Organic Coffees

Your Favorites?  The Peruvian, Mexican, Ethiopian, Guatemalan and Nicaraguan are your favorites this summer.
The Peruvian has outpaced all others recently.  "Probably because of its nice balance and unique spicyness, its like a flavored coffee all by itself.  The Nicaraguan has almost a cinnamon flavor and aroma," says our Roaster, Ken Pargulski.
"All the organics are really good new crop coffees, the Ethiopian is grown at over 1200 meters and is a high density bean.  When it is roasted dark it literally takes on a chocolaty flavor.  Add milk and a little sugar and you'd swear there's chocolate in there."
New Organic coffees will be in mid-september.  We are always looking for something amazingly special.
Let us know what you'd like.

The difference between peak roasted and over roasted might be just seconds.  Here our Roast master is using the "trier" to confirm by eye what the computerized system is showing.

Korby Lenker Joins the Music

Korby Lenker started out in small town Idaho, eventually winding up in Nashville, where he now resides. The winner of this year's Chris Austin Songwriting Contest at Merlefest, Korby blends Americana and rock and roll on his new album "King Of Hearts." We heartily recommend Korby's little rock ditty called "The Myspace Song," and you can find out more at http://korbylenker.com.
