Song Bird Oolong
Often, when you have a nice tea at a Chinese restaraunt its Oolong. Oolong means black dragon, but this slightly fermented spring tea is anything but. Think of it as a tea somewhere between a green tea and a black tea. So light and fragrant, it was named Song Bird. It has a light color with a greenish hue and a distinct lilac bouquet.
This package makes approximately 10-12 large cups of tea.
