Jasmine Green
Jasmine is a night blooming flower that is picked in the morning and kept in a cool place until nightfall. As the flowers are about to open they are piled next to the heat-dried green tea leaves, which absorb the jasmine fragrance. This process is repeated anywhere from three to seven times. A delicate first flush green tea with an exquisite, light body and intriguing perfume.
