Mayan Cacao
Chocolate in its pure, un-processed form. The Cacao is mixed with sugar, salt and cayenne to be as close to what the Mayans drank in their day. Wow! this is what chocolate is. Dark roasted and ground powder fine the Cacao is not subjected to dutching which removes the anti-oxidant properties that make this cacao so powerful. The Mayan version has a burn that complements the rich sweet chocolate.
